Censorship is a growing issue for the ‘online church’.
The world’s online conversations are now controlled by a handful of unelected and unaccountable billionaires in California.
So, as Habbakuk 1:4 says: ‘The law is paralysed, and justice never prevails.’
Websites and social media pages that present a biblical view on issues like gay marriage, abortion and gender are being closed or restricted for spreading ‘hate speech.’
We need to live wisely. Jesus knew when to hide and when to go public.
We got banned!
Our church’s Facebook advertising account was suspended last Saturday, because our Christian content breached their guidelines. Good!
One day, Facebook will pass away, but the word of God will still stand. And everyone, including Mark Zuckerberg, will bow the knee to Jesus.
Five-a-day challenge
Maybe you would like to join us, and post five bible verses on Facebook every day.
And ask everyone you know to do the same.
We would love to see one million Christians doing that. We must do it while we can.
John 9:4 says: ‘As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.’
